BHARAT FORGE IMPROVE OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WITH SWEDWISE

OpenText Partner and Certified Developers Swedwise, have signed a deal with Bharat Forge Kilsta to deliver licenses and expertise for StreamServe; part of the OpenText Exstream Platform for Customer Communications Management. Under the agreement, Swedwise will not only will help Bharat Forge Kilsta simplify existing output management data processes, but also provide the possibility to add new functionality.  

Bharat Forge Kilsta is a world leader in forging processes and is a part of the Bharat Forge Group – a leader within metalling. The Group is active in automotive, energy, oil, gas, construction and mining, as well as rail, shipping and air.

The latest version of StreamServe (now called Customer Communications Enterprise and part of the OpenText™ Exstream Platform) enables organisations to adapt documents according to their needs. For example, Bharat Forge now has the possibility to customise their correspondence such as invoicing with personal marketing messages and info, which improve document and service quality.

Swedwise’s Project Manager Göran Asplund said, “StreamServe handles input and output from your various business systems to create clear, relevant business documents in any format for distribution over any channel. This can be digital or physical. The bottom line is significant cost savings in the management of documents.”
