The report states that the customer communications management product landscape includes enterprise-level, full-corporate solutions that can potentially support the unique requirements of all three CCM segments: interactive, on-demand, and structured output. According to the report, ”This is the strongest arsenal of WCM, DAM, and CCM in the market. Strong enterprise partnerships, particularly with Oracle and SAP, continue. OpenText has an evolving set of preconfigured solutions for contracts, human resource (HR) onboarding, wealth management, technical documentation, and campaign fulfilment.
